"Went in looking for a chain and to check out store. Got greeted quickly and assisted. Trainee was left to help me and had to get help a couple of times when asking about a shorter length, then about chain breaker, then about what sprockets would match chains. After her third trip for help I stopped bothering her and grabbed some fresh gloves for the summer. Didn’t get chain, sprockets or any care supplies for a new chain. Did get the gloves and chain breaker. Took awhile to get checked out. Sat stuff on counter and waited for trainee or someone else to approach register. Trainee was sorting stuff behind pos island and was focused on work, all others were engaged with sales or such. Watched the tv for a while and did the head scan every 30 secs or so, had a new customer come in, think a second closely followed and then trainee looked up and asked if I was ready to checkout.
While waiting saw other half of store I never even looked at while walking around. Taller racks with jackets and such, a little darker area. I never had my bag checked and I had two small items in my hands, so I tried to stay visible and I wasn’t walking away from counter and resetting the wait clock.
All in all, it’s a store and tire shop of sorts, they got stuff and do tires off of bikes. Someone there knows stuff, but the trainee hadn’t caught up yet. "
"I originally went in to get measured for a helmet. So I could order it online. But found one I liked in stock I loved. So glad I stopped in."
"Everyone was super helpful and made sure we got exactly what we came to get "
"Always very helpful as soon as you walk in! If you walk in with a questionable expression as you may be looking for something particular they are right there to assist and don’t try to “car salesman” you as soon as you walk in! "
"Al was super nice and attentive."
"Found the best helmet ever, and the staff were fantastic!!!!!!"
